  I have been attending Yoga classes and Zen & Pow for a little over a year now. The yoga instructors at Zen & Pow, Stephanie & Bethany, are both amazing, positive people and I appreciate the energy and enthusiasm they bring to each class. It has definitely motivated me to keep on attending and further develop in my yoga practice. I would highly recommend for anyone to give Zen & Pow a try, they offer a wide variety of classes and times (not just yoga) and what I have appreciated most was they offer lots of modifications and encouragement, not matter your physical size or athletic ability.
